Social Defender was developed and is currently managed by a team of experienced programmers and social media specialists. Through managing social media channels for number of brands, we quickly realized that there were no available solutions for managing and monitoring user conversation around the clock.

If this was a problem for us, we knew this would have to be a problem for many other businesses, marketers and corporations. In light of this, we were determined to create and offer a complete social reputation management application - Social Defender.

At the heart of Social Defender is a spider and a proprietary Bayesian self learning algorithm. The algorithm looks for negative comments and spam messages hidden within your social media channels. Based upon your rules, you may ask the software to delete the comments or assign them to a staff member for appropriate action.

The platform allows multiple users within a team to have varying schedules and assignments. This allows you to manage your teams and provide scheduling in a more efficient and organized manner. If you have freelancers on your team, they can also manage publishing without possessing full access to your accounts.

In addition to the platform, we offer 24/7 manual reputation management to keep track of your Facebook page and be clear of spam and negative comments. Think of our team as an insurance policy on your social reputation.
