Once you complete registration, you may immediately start tracking your topics. We're a web based platform, which means there's no software to download and install. You can access your account from anywhere you have an internet connection and a web browser.

How often do you update the software or release new products?
We perform rolling updates to our software approximately every two weeks. Major feature enhancements and additions take place about every two months. We announce new features via email to our users, as well as on our platform blog and through our regular email newsletter.

Does Social Defender have access to my account?  What about my assigned team members?
Social Defender has the ability to search your account for specified keywords.  Social Defender itself does not make any automated changes to your social media accounts. 

Team members you assign will only have the ability to modify, add or delete posts and comments.  Those selected as team members will not have the ability to take over your social accounts or lock you out. They will not access to any passwords pertaining to any of your brand’s social media accounts.
